The passion behind what we do is what sets us apart. We are an Outsourcing management and consulting firm that serves Entrepreneurs and small-sized companies. Our clients are looking to minimize the amount of “hats” they wear so that they can focus more on growing their business. Our boutique service satisfies our clients’ needs to devote the time and effort required to manage and RETAIN their offshore staff.

OUR PASSION

The passion behind nextPHase started when the partners (life-long friends) paid a visit to the Philippines. Entrepreneurs and Business owners in their own right, they saw an opportunity to use their combined 40+ years of experience. They saw not only the business opportunities but more importantly, they felt a need to “give back”. So upon returning to the US, they went to work and nextPHase was born. Born with a passion to provide jobs for the talented workforce of the Philippines, which in turn feeds their passion to contribute both time and money to non-profit ventures geared towards providing for the less-fortunate. Notice the “PH” capitalized in our company name. It is the abbreviation for the Philippines and is the center of our being.
